We recently had a full roof replacement completed by Quick Roofing at our home in Johns Creek. Overall, it was a positive experience. Our initial Sales Consultant was professional and a good advocate throughout the insurance process, working closely with the adjuster to help get our claim approved. The roof replacement itself was completed quickly and professionally, and the crew did quality work. There was a delay in installing the roof accessories (attic fans, vents, gutter covers, etc.) due to a breakdown in communication after our Sales Consultant resigned. However, Regional Sales Manager Steven Mosher stepped in, took ownership, and ensured all remaining items were completed. He also addressed a few minor property damage repairs, which we appreciated. We had a leak every time it rained. We were able to get an appointment within a week and Gary was amazing! He found several issues that he repaired on the spot and gave a clear plan of action for next steps if necessary. He was very kind and courteous to me and even our fur baby! As their name implies, they were extremely quick to get our roof replaced, including gutters and a few other elements of our exterior. What their name doesn’t imply but we were very impressed with: the level of service they provide and how willing they were to make sure every aspect of their work was completed to our approval. Maybe a name change is in order to reflect the top service they provide? Great job all around.

He was extremely patient and helpful in providing guidance on next steps and handling majority of the logistics from start to finish.
