The worst parking experience I’ve ever had. I had a valid reservation, yet the person in charge of the parking refused us entry without giving any reason. On top of that, they spoke to us with arrogance and were extremely rude. Completely unacceptable behavior.

These guys went through my car. Went through my bags. Moved my stuff around in my car. Then when they put my bag by my back door open I opened my door and all my stuff fell out and things got broke and they say is that they didn't touch anything when all of my passengers and me know that bag was and always is on my front seat never the back especially not open by a door. I'll walk 50 blocks and carry my stuff before I ever park here again.

Appalled. They need to change their rules. I came in because I found a coupon online and they made me back out into a busy Manhattan street because a car needed to come out. What? Have the car inside back up? That's so much safer! I told him that, he didn't care and made me back out. I'd rather pay more and be safe thank you. Jeez.

HORRIBLE!!! I was robbed! $5,100 item STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR. In the hour and a half that my car was parked here someone went into the trunk and got to the very bottom of one of my bags and stole a $5,100 watch. When this was discovered moments after getting back into my car the workers were aggressive about it, calling me a liar. When the police came to file a report their story changed from what they had told me, because I was able to discover the holes in their original story. NEVER PARK HERE OR ANY OTHER QUIK PARK LOCATION

I park here once a month because it's conveniently located between all my doctor's offices. The guy that is always working there is so polite, quick, and efficient.
