They were extremely rude and the sign clearly reads $25 for all day parking but they charged me 40. They also stole $200 out of my car. No the money was not just out in the open. They opened my center console and stole it out of there. If I had known ahead of time that they park your car and were going to be so rude and rush me, I would have thought to take it out but they had no business opening up my console or stealing from me. They are theives park somewhere else

I lost my table at L'Artusi because I reserved/prepaid for a spot on SpotHero and they said "sorry, lot is full, it doesn't matter that you have a reservation, cancel it through your app and get your money back." The only nice thing they did was help stop traffic so I could back up and leave.

Worse garage ever! Please don’t park your car there! It’s overrated and attendant extremely rude, they will trick you on paying overnight! I had the worse and stressful experience ever! Customer service is really unreasonable and not willing to help in any way! Unfortunately I parked my car there and exceeded 10min of my 12hrs day parking and they made me pay overnight even thou I didn’t stay overnight, I offered to pay half hour plus to compensate my 10min lateness and they refuse because they wanted overnight payment! the attendant wasn’t willing to help and threaded me! Their card machine wasn’t working well and even thou after paying overnight (as they requested in order to give my car keys) and the amount deducting from my back account they still gave me hard time, blaming me

Do not park your car here especially if you’re a woman - attendants are extremely rude and disrespectful. I had to pick up my car a couple hours earlier than we had originally told them and they yelled at me and told me I said it was later. I said plans had changed and They had to only move one car to get mine. When they got my car they came very close to hitting me and ran over one of my pieces of luggage with my car (there was tons of space) and said it was my fault for standing there - instead of just asking me to move. The 2 men started yelling at me that it was also my fault for coming early. Their aggressive manner was extremely concerning and scary.

I read the bad reviews and can't believe it is the same place. The attendant was very, very courteous and helpful. Great location, reasonable prices. I recommend this garage for anyone visiting Greenwich Village.
