Worst experience got a spothero parking reservation for $17.95 on Jan 1 for around 6:30pm to 12am, I got there after 7pm because of traffic, anyway the guy at the parking very rude not welcoming not nice, I told him I got a parking reservation and I open the app he told me I will need it later, after I come back, I came back around 10:30 it was close and someone else was waiting once I gave him my ticket he open grated the guy this guy gave him cash and then left in his blue BMW after that he scan my ticket and told me my sporthero reservation is not working, my total came to $42.00 it would only deduct what I paid, it didn’t make sense he was charging me the difference of $25, I ask why? Even the sign at garage entrance has a $21.12 all day special, very rude said I don’t know just pai

SCAM ALERT, I bought tickets for radio city music hall and reserved parking on parkwhiz app. App says till 12am but employee says they close at 11 and if I stay passed that I will have to come back tomorrow and pay $82 to get my car back. Employee even insisted that I cancel my reservation and go to another parking lot that's 24 hours.

Nonsense! City Sharking tells you they have a flat fee for the day then the manager (short haired Dominican guy) says it doesn't apply and refuses to take it down!

Its a very small tight garage. Price and location near NY Hilton Midtown were right ($15 for a few hours right after 5pm). But access was challenging (single lane for in and out!) and access point too narrow to navigate through pedestrians safely. Also only a single (cheerful but harried) attendant was working (significantly slowing my dropoff).

Fast and friendly service. Cheap price. Would definitely park here again!
