Waited 30 minutes for my car. Attendant left with no means of contacting him, and no information on his whereabouts. They need supervision and better communication. If you can’t simply run a garage, don’t add “24 Hours” then don’t offer it.

This place is such a scam, I made a reservation and gave the make and model of the vehicle and they told me the rate. When I go to pick up my car they try to charge me an "oversized vehicle" fee. They refused to give me my car until I paid the extra rate.

Terrible service. Overpriced. I came to this place with a minivan. On the process of taking my baby out of the car, they wanted to drive the car forward with my baby still inside while I stood near the entrance with the stroller as they shifted forward and prioritized a car exiting the facility. After less than two hours I returned to a bill of over $67. They returned me my car with my coffee lid undone from the mug. When I asked them why the lid was removed from my mug, the attendant gave me a rude response and forcefully suggested I leave. It is a shame that garages like this exist. I recommend not driving into the city in general, but if you have to be in this area, definitely opt for another garage and not this one. There are also apps that offer prices for as low as $27 for what I got

Horrible customer service, the attendant couldn’t understand us and we couldn’t understand him, there was an app that you had to download and he literally said nothing when we asked for help to make sure we had done everything correctly on it, he handed us a ticket not explaining what to do with it when we couldn’t figure the app out (we are in our late 20’s we know our way around apps normally) he kept trying to take our car to park it when we explained we wanted to park the car because we needed to know where it would be so we could grab our luggage later. After 10 minutes of miscommunication with the attendant he rudely told us to give the ticket back and get out. Should probably hire some people that speak English!

They scratched my Lexus truck when I packed my car here for the day. When they returned my car the manager Mohamed said that it was there from before when you clearly could see the paint was peeling and that it had just happened. He made me wait over an hour while he filled out a piece of paper that would take 2 min to complete. He was extremely rude and treated me as if I was a piece of trash after having damaged my car. Mohamed should be fired for the way he spoke to a customer and his customer service skills. Will never use this garage again and plan to file a legal case against them for the damages to my car.
