Quik Park

I have never taken a shuttle to the airport before. Quik Park was effortless. We were able to find the lot to park easy, a shuttle was waiting and we went to our terminal. Laura was our driver and she was amazing. We were impressed with her driving, knowledge and friendly customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Very convenient off-site parking facility. Several shuttles running during the day. Late night arrivals or departures may need to call to request a shuttle for drop-off or pick-up. Made the reservation online and everything was very straightforward and streamlined. Lots of security cameras throughout the structure. And the staff at the desk and the drivers were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Absolute pathetic parking place. I have been waiting at the shuttle stop for like an hour. The attendant on the phone is rude asking me to look for other parking places if I don’t like this. He keeps repeating there are 24/7 shuttles every 7 minutes. Utterly horrible. I have seen other parking shuttles like Wally and Parking spot go by atleast 5 times. The one shuttle that shows up just hides behind another shuttle and then just leaves not even looking at me waving. The next shuttle that comes after 10 minutes, now I am there for 1 hour, I ask him what happened and why was it delayed. He says, “I don’t care.” I am seeing their driving, it’s quite pathetic. I've been using this parking lot for years now. Proximity and customer service are excellent. Reasonably priced. Make sure to wave at the (purple) bus during pick up at the airport. They don't always stop. Other than that, no complaints.

This is now my "go-to" airport parking choice. You can't beat its proximity to LAX. I have literally walked from my arrival gate out to the garage itself. That's one advantage of LA weather and also the need to stretch my legs a bit after my flight. The garage has a useful number of spots and I've yet to wind up parked up on the rooftop. The shuttle bus is usually pretty timely and frequent. It's also well enough maintained. I make use of their online parking reservation system to be sure of getting a spot and the best rate. About the only downside is their lack of bathrooms at the garage. Though, being right next to the Hyatt means you could use theirs in a pinch.
