I was a little concerned after reading all the bad reviews. I guess people only give reviews when they are angry. I had no issues leaving my car for 24hrs. No extra charges at the end and they retrieved my car quickly.

Would avoid, they tried to charge us an extra $15 claiming we entered 5 mins early (at 4:55) and that was before our 5pm with them which also went 3 hours later than when we came to retrieve our car. We had also asked to pull to the side and wait a 5-10 mins because we were early and wanted to have a friend drop a bag off in the car before we parked and the wouldn’t let us do that either. We over heard some other women going through the same experience right after us as well. They’re clearly running a scam to lure people in with a cheaper night rate and then make up an excuse to charge you extra for any reason.

Literally the WORST parking experience of my life! They had a $16.95 overnight parking special and they charged us $70 instead. When I was calmly asking for my information/explanation, the guy pointed to the screen that had the total I owed and may I add VERY rudely. Seriously scammers, no knowledge of how to treat a customer either!

I'm forced to give a star when it's not deserved. I parked my car while going to an event that was very close to this garage. They do not plan for events near there and do not have the staff to handle them. I waited Ovwr an hour on a Sunday night to get my car and told by the manager to just call the cops if I have a problem. There is one elevator bringing cars up and down and just one person operating it. The worst service, the worst management, I would never park my car here again and suggest you don't either.

Used this garage while staying at a hotel for a vacation. We were told by the hotel that they have a "deal" with the garage that it's a little cheaper rate for hotel costumers, that was not true! Also, once we got our vehicle to leave we noticed contents from the center console was on the passenger seat. We brushed that off as maybe we accidentally pulled it out while maybe getting something out in the rush of getting parked. Later when we stopped for gas, cleaned out trash and noticed change laying on the floor board...... wasn't there when cleaned the entire car just days before!
