I worked directly with the owner Brent. He’s a super down to earth guy. He gave fair quotes, showed up on time as scheduled, did exactly what we agreed upon even doing a little of extra trimming on the big oak after a later discussion. He has access to an Arborist for any projects that require their expertise, is licensed and insured, and all around just super friendly and easy to work with. After him and his crew were finished, he made sure to check back with me to ensure I was happy. When I am ready to do a bit more work on the two oaks, I would choose no one else. This is without exaggeration the most professional tree arborist experience I’ve ever encountered. My two prior experiences ended with a company that dropped my tree on the neighbor’s tree, thereby wounding their tree to the point it needed to be replaced. The next arborist came very close to dropping a tree onto the neighbors house. This organization has the right equipment and the expertise to surgically remove a tree from your property. I’d give them ten stars if I could!
