I had a terrible experience buying from this store. I am a subcontractor who works on several installation projects at the same time and I have never experienced this before. I spoke to the people in charge and asked if I could return the excess that is normally left over from every job. They told me yes. The catch was that when I returned the excess that was supposed to be $2,200, they only gave me $1,700 back and kept $400 dollars, claiming that it was company policy. The manager did not make an effort to resolve my problem and I ended up losing out. I highly do not recommend it. No one warns you about charging 20% ​​of the total amount returned and you are caught off guard. Be careful!!!

Garvin Metal Roofs works with Beacon on an almost daily basis. The staff at this branch is by far the most helpful & efficient of all the vendors we purchase material from routinely. Dre specifically has been a tremendous help and he always has a smile on his face. Ken our sales rep always responds in a timely manner and goes above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied . I would recommend using Beacon products - this branch specifically if you can .

Hands down the BEST! I call a lot of suppliers for roofing products. I have quit using multiple suppliers and have given 90% of all my business/orders to this palmetto branch. They have amazing customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement! They may even need to contact a lexicographer to create a new word for they are doing at this branch! Dre and Ken are truly amazing extremely helpful and always make you feel like you are the most important person. They take time to explain product information and multiple other things that make me succeed in my profession. In roofing you are as strong as your suppliers and I can honestly say that Beacon palmetto branch has made me a BADASS!! Thanks guys for all you do!
