OTR drivers: I did a dry van delivery here. Park on the street by the 3rd entrance and call them to check in by providing them the PO number. They will come out and get you once they are ready to unload. The dock is very easy to back into. I’d suggest sliding your tandems back. No one asked me to, I just saw the slope of the dock ramp and did it automatically. Turning around inside the lot can be tight when they are busy, so stay alert. Emptied in 15 minutes and staff was very friendly.

Great place to deliver! You can park overnight on the street. It's nice and quiet too. Call to check in first thing in the morning, and they come and tell you where to go for unloading.

Customer service is the best! Mark helped us find some replacement hardware for casement windows that we desperately needed for a project. Ours was a small little order, but we will definitely be purchasing more of our building materials through Beacon. If Mark is an example of how great the customer service reps are, I've found nirvana.
