Website indicates business closes at 3 PM, I arrived at 2:45 PM walked into the office area ready to make a purchase and was told "we're closed". Customer service needs to improve as far as I am concerned.
Just the tuscon location. Always have problems when we come here. Open at 6 but yet its 620 and gates are still shut this time.
I am extremely disappointed on the lack of product knowledge, stubbornness and lack of respect the guy sitting next to the entry door showed this morning. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and this is the first time ever I faced such an uncomfortable situation. The rest of the team are fantastic, don't get me wrong, it's just this bad apple.
They are great. They'll hook you up.
Good roofing supply company. They bring the forklift right to your truck with the materials. A+
