When my furnace groaned and grunted and died in April I was panicked, and after several terrible used car salesman type estimates by the big name companies, thankfully a friend recommended I call RA Desmarais. I did so immediately and I received a friendly and fast return call and a no pressure estimate and honest assessment of my options. It was an easy decision to go with them due to both their pricing and their friendly, no pressure, honest and kind approach. The office staff, the installers and the owner have all been beyond exceptional. If I could give them a 10 stars review I would. All around professionals and I got to say I am pretty picky being an Engineer. I did not have time to fix the AC problem and thought it was going to cost a lot to have a AC guys come on sight. They had it fixed in 20 min and found another issue that I did not even see and it really needed to be fixed. Great job and they were neat too. I signed them up to inspect the boiler this Fall.

This company is the most professional company I have dealt with in a while. Technical staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.
