Rare gem of a local family owned small business that excels in quality and service. They were extremely responsive and helpful in getting us quotes and information for a replacement of an attic furnace. We've had a lot of work done by various companies on our house recently. These guys were by far the most professional and of the highest quality. They are also competitively priced. On the day of install, they came with a crew of 6! Most companies understaff their crews which leads to higher rates of damage, injury to the crew etc. These guys laid down floor and carpet protectors. A technician by the name of Travis visited our home yesterday for an HVAC system maintenance. Travis was extremely professional, courteous, thorough, easy to understand, and has a good sense of humor. He examined three HVAC systems, a humidifier and our hot water heater. He took the time, about three hours, carefully inspecting each unit and explaining their current condition. The R A Dobson Inc. maintenance plan is comprehensive and reasonably priced. This is another example of the excellent service we have received from R A Dobson Inc. over the past 25 years. I recommend them highly for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

We have used Dobson since 2012 when we converted to gas and renovated our upstairs. I installed all the new ductwork for our HVAC and replaced an entire system in the attic in the basement. We retain them on an annual service plan ever since. We've not had a bad experience with them and their technicians, to a person have been outstanding. I'd highly recommend you take them into consideration we're looking for a new HVAC company.
