R and R Tile and Grout

Roger did an incredible job fixing some tile in our bathroom. We recently bought a new house and there was clear water damage from the kids tub. He assessed what was wrong and replaced some of the rotted backboard and cracked tiles along the edge of the tub. He also went above and beyond and came back a few days later to replace the spout on the tub which he had to special order without asking. He’s extremely professional and competent and really cares about the work he does. I really felt taken care of with his work.

I wanted to have my hearth retiled and had been looking for an installer for quite some time - and then I found Roger. He came in, looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with and after five minutes, I felt like I'd known him for years. The job was completed quickly, efficiently and it looks fantastic. Everything was put back in its place; the entire area was cleaned and all the debris was removed. Not all contractors go that extra step to make sure they leave the job looking pristine. Roger goes above and beyond and I would recommend him for any job!

We had a such good experience with Roger. He was easy to communicate with via phone and text. The work is excellent - he restored our shower tile floor and walls to pristine and we are so pleased. While he was here (the weekend, btw, which was so convenient for us!), he was so personable, friendly, and easy to talk to! We would hire Roger again (and probably will) in a heartbeat!
