Great service! I’ve had multiple companies come out to do maintenance on commercial refrigeration. R&B came out same day within 45 minutes of making an inquiry. The service tech, Franky, was knowledgeable and professional, and had both issues resolved in less than a couple of hours. Huge relief to have a go to company for going forward!

I would like to start by saying that I will never be using these people again and I don’t think that you should either. I am giving 2 stars instead of only 1 because they were able to fix one of our AC units, but that’s the only thing they fixed. We called them out to check both of our AC units because neither one was running. For one of them he was able to replace a capacitor and it started right up, easy. For the second one he said it wasn’t receiving a signal but he tried replacing the capacitor “just in case” and that didn’t fix it. So then he tried measuring the output from the thermostat and saw that one of the wires wasn’t sending a signal. After he walked around for a few minutes he told us there must be a broken wire inside of the wall that we would have to hire an electrician to

Beyond happy with my experience! I have used R&B two times now and I am impressed start to finish. Ann in the office (I hope that's the right name) is great to work with! I enjoy my encounters with her. Each time I had service I had the pleasure of Kevin being my technician both times. Not only is he super friendly but he is very professional. He knows his stuff, very knowledgeable! Works hard and makes things happen and resolves the problems very smoothly. I highly recommend!

Great company. Very responsive. Been a customer for over 2 years now and the techs have always been friendly and knowledgeable. R&B installed a new unit recently. Dave, Nick, and Chris were great representatives of the company. Dave and Nick made sure everything looked good and cleaned up everything once they were done. I recommend R & B for anyone in the area.

Great family run company. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. From when Annie first scheduled it to the guys who do the actual installation. They were professional, clean, on time and very respectful of my house.
