Installed architectural millwork as a contractor working for R.B. Woodcraft and I have seen only the best customer service to our clients, highest quality products leave their warehouse on the trucks I receive, top project managers able to handle quick rfco approvals, orders for any products and clarify any questions in field to get the job done. Along with working for other commercial millwork manufacturers over the years, I am grateful by the extensive experience and quality of craftsmanship of the products that are procured for me to install. Every one of the project managers are hands on and they have a great set of ears when you need to explain or request anything to complete your project.

I recently stopped in there to inquire whether they were hiring, and they were. They had me fill out an application and did an interview on the spot. Within an hour of leaving there they phoned me and said they would like to offer me the position, but that they only hire through a temp agency. I asked what was the next step that I needed to do and was told "we will contact you soon with the details, likely by the end of this week." This was a Wednesday afternoon. I waited until the following Friday morning with no word so I reached out to see what the deal was and was told by the secretary "they are all in a meeting now, but I will have them contact you when they get out."
