In March 2021, we had our driveway and courtyard re-surfaced by Renewed Surfaces. We gave a deposit of $1,500 in December of 2020 and the work was finally scheduled at the beginning of March 2021. The work cost $5,000 for around a thousand square feet, so a bit under $5.00 per square foot. The work that was recommended was: Clean, repair and prep the surfaces as needed Open the cracks in the concrete and fill them Cut the existing concrete into smaller pieces to relieve stresses and prevent future cracks (we were assured) Grind down the surfaces of areas where there were cracks and fill them to cover over the repaired cracks Apply a scratch coat to the top of the concrete to fill any irregularities and provide a uniform surface for application of the sealer Apply two coats of Xylene base

Super....SUPER Team resurfaced our driveway and walkway. Friendly and professional. Flexible. Driveway had multiple large cracks, and they patched all BEAUTIFULLY. Looks like a brand new driveway was laid. Highly recommend this company.
