Ralph never came back out to finish my system as it was in writting.. I tried contacting him On several occasions but he’s never return my phone call . He never been back to finish his job on my septic system. He was paid in full when the closing on the house.. Not to mention he ran over my electric wire to the barn and never fixed it..
