We were recommended this company by a loved one. I love supporting local and family businesses, but this one really let us down. Still dealing with this sham of a "business" over 1.5 years later. Spoiler alert: Don't work with them unless you get everything they say verbally IN WRITING. Otherwise, they might send debt collectors after you. Stay with me, we had 2 house calls from them back in May 2024. The first one went as expected, we had a service done on our A/C and paid them accordingly. A short period of time later, we called them back for the same issue. The tech they sent out was there for 5 minutes max, telling me he was in a hurry to get to some event. I don't recall precisely what he did to the unit, but I know he *very clearly* DID say that he was not going to charge us that

I'm very happy with these guys. My old furnace is running better than ever and they were fast, professional, and honest. Chris did a great job!

Mike and the guys at Lomasney are great to work with. Appointments are on time, work is quality and Mike is just a genuinely nice guy. It’s the long, holiday weekend, 90 degrees and climbing. Despite that, Lomasney and Sons were responsive to my emergency. Paul came out on July 3rd exactly at our appointment time. He was very professional, removed his shoes when he entered the home and wore a mask. I have used this company in the past. They are very professional and have competitive prices. I highly recommend them.

On Thursday July 2nd at 5 PM, our A/C stopped working. I called several companies for assistance and no help was available until the following Monday or Tuesday. I called Lomasney and Sons, and Paul came out the following day (July 3rd) to evaluate the problem. He gave us options to repair or replace. We decided to replace the system. On Monday, July 6, Mike was here and installed a complete new AC system. Phenomenal customer service. No pressure. Very informative. Competitive pricing. They just did a great job.
