R Champ Fencing

I had them put up a very expensive fence with end caps and top boards that I sealed and stained about three years ago and it is falling apart. Two panels are leaning and loose and the top boards have warped to the point they are falling off and look terrible. The gate is very hard to open and close. I called Patrick there and got a quote of over $650 to repair which is ridiculous. They should have fixed it for free due to the quality of the wood after they sold me on a upgraded pressure treated wood. I was willing to pay a little for repairs and told them that, they have not returned more than 6 calls and three emails. This is my second fence with them and at the previous house they did a good job, hence me being a return customer. After spending over $4800 on this wood fence and terrible

Less than -100 stars I only still used this company recommended by a good friend. Otherwise, based on reviews, reports, I would have stayed away as well. Installation in July, had issues right away, company now blaming the hurricane even though I have documented via email the issues prior to the hurricane. Contacted Ken Amaro, BBB, and did my reviews. I don't know what's happening with this company but they do not honor their word and I'm hoping to get a refund so I can go hire a proper company. Patrick in the office is rude and for all I know never gave Mr. Champ any messages. The installer who installed my fence, Shane, was fired. And they apologized for his crappy job, but haven't been back to fix it. Stay away.

R Champ fencing installed my wood fence about 12 years ago and it is now about to fall down. I called to get a quote for a white vinyl fence and their quote came in about $1000 less than a competitor. They did such a good job with the wood fence I went with them again. They did a great job and I could not be happier. All the posts are cemented and it is very sturdy. This fence might be around longer than me.

Brian added a gate to our existing black 4' aluminum fence. 💯 great work and the lowest price possible in Jacksonville. He was very respectful of our property and mini Dachshund who is very snappy. Thank you, Brian! It was a pleasure 💯
