R & D Cleaning

I had them come out to clean some carpet in at my apartment! He did wonderful! He was early, professional, kind, affordable, and did a great job! I highly recommend using R&D!!

He (came to know his name is Randy, as mentioned by another reviewer in her post) arrived on time. After opening the door, I welcomed him but he was furious, gave very angry look from outside the door and shouted why my room was not empty. I had two rooms in my apartment, one was fully empty and the other had two sofas only. I could easily move the sofas when he would be cleaning the other room. I politely asked him if he can clean the other room. He refused and left. I am not sure why he reacted that way. Such rude attitude could arise seeing a foreign national (an immigrant customer) whom he was not expecting probably.
