Our Rinnai tankless water heater has suddenly stopped producing hot water to one of our bathtubs in our house. I called Mike to see if he could help out and after I explained the issue on the phone and answered a series of follow up questions, he replied that he has never heard of the issue but he would do some research and get back to me. I honestly did not expect him to follow through but a day or two later I have a voicemail from him and a linked video on how to solve the problem. The fact that he did this for us and we did not pay him a dime (although we would have) spoke volumes to me. Thank you so much, Mike!
