Don't waste your time with this company. I emailed them a perk and probe report for septic on March 18. I made numerous weekly phone calls to Brandt Jr who continued to assure me he would get right to the design. Here we are at May 11, no word, no design and I have a sopping wet drainfield. I ended up going with another company because I actually need the work to be done.

When I call and tell them I need my septic emptied they will come the same day or the next. We had a issue one time and Brandt came right out and fixed what was wrong and it did not cost us a lot. I will get using them . They are really nice and Respectful.

This is the ONLY company you should ever call for your septic needs in Central PA. Background: I had sewage in my backyard above my septic tanks. It apparently wasn't getting pumped to the sand mount. I had Young's Septic come in. They diagnosed the issue as a broken pump. They drained the tank, charging me about $350 (fair price), and then gave me an estimate for $2100 for a new pump. I thanked their tech, Randy, and told him that I wanted to get a couple of estimates first. He had a look in his eyes of surprise, and then told me that the tank will fill up very quickly, so I should plan to stay at a hotel. Keep searching and find another company to complete any task that you may be dealing with. This company and its owners are a joke. While waiting for a job to be completed that they had started, and after no contact with in nearly 8 months they sent me an invoice for a completed job. Which was far from being the case . Trust me you will regret ever hiring a company like them. I really wish there were zero stars for the rating because that is what this company deserves.

Sent me an invoice out of no where for services I never purchased or asked for. I had never even spoken with them prior to the invoice. I had called several times during their business hours and ended up having to leave a message which they never returned.
