This was our first experience with Bob and I was extremely impressed with the work him and his crew did installing our replacement windows. I had multiple contractors come to look at the job and from that initial meeting I knew I would hire Bob to do the job. He was pleasant, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to give me the confidence that the job would be done correctly. He listened intently especially when I explained our budget based on the timeline we expect to be in our home. His team of a couple guys worked well and were super efficient and clean when doing their work. I would not hesitate to reach out to Bob again in the future.

No doubt 5/5 stars for Bob Arthur. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a home improvement project. We hired him to install new windows, fix previously-installed windows that were not done correctly (by a different company), and to replace some siding. He was very helpful and transparent during the estimate and proposal stage, worked on an excellent schedule, and completed the project quicker than we expected. The service, quality, and workmanship is unmatched. We will absolutely hire Bob again for our future projects.

Bob is a straightforward and professional person who explained all the options for replacement or new construction windows and worked with us through all our many questions so that we felt completely informed. Very happy with the work Bob, Mike, and team performed on my home. During consultation, Bob was very informative as he has many years of experience with windows. He gave me a few options and answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction. Install came sooner than we anticipated. There was very little disruption from the way they coordinated the 10 window install. In the end, Bob took the time to make sure I knew how to operate the window correctly.
