I went to the office with a sample cup of stone. I was given a recommendation for a matching stone by the girl at the counter. I ordered and paid. The delivery came the next day. As soon as the driver came out of the truck he verbalized that the stone didn't match what I had. After a couple calls I was told that I could have the incorrect stone taken and the correct stone could be brought back for an extra $80 delivery fee (I live 5 miles from their office) . "Ronnie" stated that it was my fault for not bringing in the correct sample despite the sample being from the same driveway. In my opinion, "Ronnie" is a liability to the company, but unfortunately runs the show. I ate the cost but will never do business with them again and will retell this story to anyone asking for a recommendatio

I called talked to ronnie got price for mulch ahead of time went there then at the counter they said 73 for 2 yards if mulch when I was quoted 27 a yard contractors price texted ronnie back no answer now keep in mind I worked there as a driver for many years but u will treat me like this as a customer I will never I repeat never ever go there again for anything take better care of your customers.☹️ no mulch was not 33 a yard I called and ronnie said personally on the phone 27 a yard contractors get your prices straight or customers won't go there no more 🤔 I say again mulch was not 33 a yard when I called it was 27 a yard let me tell u again it was 27 a yard then I go there price goes up. U can keep your 33 dollars a yard mulch I go somewhere else remember business is businss

They accommodated my special request. The driver was wonderful. We have a long wooded lane. I needed the rock to be released in small areas of the lane. I didn’t want a huge pile as we have several families who need to have access in and out. The driver put down a perfect amount of rocks right where I needed the areas in the lane filled. Then we had one small area for a cactus garden for the last small bit of the load. It was already enclosed with landscaping border. He dropped the remaining load in that small area perfect and out of the four tons we got, we had just the right about of rocks left to fill that small area. Very satisfied with the service we received. Qualified and friendly.
