I am so glad we found him! Lowe’s left us high and dry with installing a dishwasher. I called several other plumbing services and all of them were significantly more expensive and were not available for quite a long time. Richard came out the same day and was very reasonably priced. He was honest and professional. We will be using his services in the future!

RG is a fantastic plumber and has saved us from getting ripped off from other tradesman several times. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, prompt, and is the only person you should contact for your plumbing needs. 5 stars almost seems like too low of a rating for RG!

RG is the most transparent tradesman I've met. We received a quote for over $5,000 from a company for a service that RG quickly told us was unnecessary. He instead recommended someone to come do what was actually needed at a much lower cost. None of this was for his own benefit--he simply wants to do honest work. He has a great network of other skilled vendors that have been equally as wonderful to work with. We have called upon RG several times in the last year for assistance or recommendations, and he is always willing to help. Thank you, RG!

After being told by numerous other plumbing companies that our issue was “low priority” to them on a day with lots of busted pipe emergencies, Richard was nice enough to take care of our problem same day, within a few hours of a first phone call. He was kind, immediately knew what was needed, and quick to get to work without any hesitations or delay. Excellent service, thank for saving our drain!

Great experience! Had hot water heater go out. They were very friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions. They beat everyone else's estimates and went above my expectations. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
