Don't ever use this company to cut tile. Estimates are your bill. Was told it would take 3-4 hrs. when it actually only took 1-2 hrs. they wouldn't adjust the estimate. When you bring your cash, as it is cash only, make sure it is exact cash since they will not only NOT give you change they will refuse to give you change. Will never do business with them again.

As the owner of R&J Custom Countertops, I would like to comment on the review we received from J Marie Crain. We are a very busy stone slab fabricator and installer. Ms. Crain asked us if we cut some tiles down to the size necessary for her installer. The tiles were too large for any typical tile saw, so we needed to use our slab saw. My salesman looked at the cut schedule for the day and told her we could get it done within 4-5 hours. This does not mean it was going to take this long to cut the tiles, but it would be that long before they were ready. My saw operator decided to cut the tiles immediately instead of the next slab on his cut list, thus putting this customer at the front of the line. I have never heard of someone complaining about getting served faster than expected. A

So, I called and the owner quoted me a price , 300 to cut a sink hole... (during Covid, he wasn’t making any money.. but wasn’t losing money either). My husband and I dropped it off.., we had a scheduled spot at 1, his radiation appt got done a hour early... (he has terminal cancer). A employee helped us unload, on Friday... Monday he called me at work(the owner) and told me... because YOU WANT EVERYTHING YOUR WAY... (a hour early) .. you can come get your granite!! I said “I offered to wait, he said it was ok”... this was April... I texted his employee in September... (heard nothing..,,) enclosed is texts... when we went to get it they had cut the template up for the sink, and said... this is how we got it!! It was new in the box.. the only reason we got it back is back is because I call

I so appreciated the time spent with us giving us all the information we needed to make the decisions we needed to make. R&J has a large selection of products to choose from. Great company to work with.

I would totally recommend this business to anyone looking for top quality work and costumer service. They know what they are doing and do an impeccable job. Totally A+ performance. So happy I went with them.
