R & J Garage Doors

My door broke so I had to find someone last minute. They got back to me right away on a sunday and we scheduled a service visit first time on monday. Joe came out to my house to fix the door and replaced my faulty genie opener with a brand new liftmaster one. They were upfront with the price which was reasonable for the work done. Reliable and professional, 5 stars for you guys.

R&J Garage Doors has done two separate jobs for me, both were great. First job was to replace a spring in and program a garage door, work done in under an hour, great price, great service. The second and Big job they did was they replaced two hurricane rated garage doors with lifts and remotes down in the Keys under a permit. This company is great, fair priced, and a great asset to the community.

This company was hired to install 8 very expensive doors for a brand new subdivision. Some doors exceeded $16,000 each. Not only were they rude to my customers when they had concerns over adjustments to these new doors but they want to charge them to come out to “assess the issue”. They were a nightmare from the start. Including getting paid in advance and not delivering for months later. Wouldn’t even come out to install exterior moldings. Dropped them off and I had to hire someone to install. Good luck with this company. And I actually dealt with the owner. Go figure.
