I had an excellent experience with Universal Windows from start to finish. The staff was absolutely awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer every question without any pressure. The installers were true professionals: on time, respectful of my home, detail-oriented, and they left everything spotless when the job was done. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The owner Doug, is also fantastic—hands-on, honest, and clearly committed to making sure customers are happy. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with high-quality workmanship, but Universal Windows truly delivers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free window installation experience.

Great experience with universal. Doug was not pushy is his sales. We chose what we wanted and were not rushed into a decision like other companies were trying to do. Never asked if we’re ready to pull the trigger or call 100 times just gave the estimate and left the rest to us. Install went flawless. Rob and his crew were great. Install was fast and very clean. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the service we received from this company from Sales to office workers and the installers. Beautiful clean and friendly all around. Great pricing and financing if needed. I got 2 new front doors a storm door and front door. Top of the line locks and just a gorgeous door. It is my beach door that reminds me of my mom and dad. And I love it. We have 4 dogs that are short so we got full glass so our senior can now enjoy the front again. Without having to get up. Thank you Doug, Michele, Mindy and Dave awesome job

I must say, from the first meeting to go over their products, measure our windows and doors to the final day of installation we could not be happier. The quality of the products and workmanship/installation was top notch. Doug, Mindy and the entire installation crew were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct. We will definitely be using them again for the remainder of windows that we need replaced.

Had them replace the windows (keeping the trim, I just have to touch it up and repaint, so no need to replace). The windows are excellent! The install was quick and they arrived at the time they said they would! Very professional company from the initial call asking for a quote to install day! Would HIGHLY recommend! I plan to use them for other services in the near future! Also, you can pay all in one shot or they offer financing, so that's a nice option.
