I gave RJ lock a key to my pool house gate which is very difficult to reproduce. They made one only to find out that it did not fit nor did it work. When I returned the next day, they patiently searched for a correct key, made a duplicate, and it worked. Really appreciate their standing behind their products.

These guys are top notch! They came to my house and changed the combination on my old yale firesafe in a matter of 15-20 minutes i was very impressed. They even changed the combination to the numbers that i chose which was very nice! Rj and the other gentleman stayed and watched me open and close the safe a few times to make sure that it worked for me. To me this deserves more then 5 stars!

When you want your keys duplicated correctly there is no other place to go as good as this one. Very satisfied.
