Our A/C unit was not working correctly after the power outage from the winter storm and they figure out the issue very quickly and got it running smoothly again. Awesome job! Highly recommend! Can’t say enough good things about them!

Just as we had company coming our AC went out! We had heard about R&M and called in the morning. They were amazing about keeping us informed about the timing of when they would come later that night. They arrived about 8pm and didn’t leave until the system was fixed and the house was cool! 1030??? And they still had another call. We were very impressed with how Ron explained everything to us and his knowledge base. Very professional, kind and respectful! Highly recommend!

We just replaced our aging downstairs unit with R&M and the service was just as awesome as our first experience when they replaced our upstairs unit. They cleaned up several issues with the original installation from a previous contractor many years ago and the house already feels more balanced.

R&M was able to get us worked into their schedule. Their service was fast and thorough. They got our ac back up and running that day and had the parts on hand. We will use them again.
