R & M Paving & Sealing

VERY disappointed in how this company handled my grandmother’s driveway. They told her the driveway should not be sealed again due to age, unfortunately my grandma can’t afford to replace her driveway a seal would have to do until next year. No edging was done, there is tar in the grass and it’s flaking and cracking now that it’s dry. Is this how you treat customers who can’t afford to pay for a new driveway R&M?? I know most families are hurting right now, especially those who are retired living on a fixed income. I’m so disgusted that my grandma had to pay for such messy work. Atleast we know who we WONT be using next year.

They did a fantastic job in 2015 paving my driveway. They just re-sealed it in 2019 they did an absolute fantastic job. They are one of the best in Lockport for this type of work paving and sealing. Well trusted very professional. You can count on a job well done.

Kept me waiting almost 2 months then refused to do the job don't waste your time

R&M gave a very competitive price and didn't play "wheeling and dealing" games with me. It was very much appreciated. They put a top coat of asphalt on my driveway and the driveways of two of my neighbors. There was an issue with mine, due to a problem that was out of their control. I voiced concern, and they immediately made it right even though it took a lot of effort and cost for them to fix. I think that says a great deal about the company, and I am certain that no other paving company that I got quotes from would have made it right like they did. I was very satisfied with the final product and both of my neighbors were too. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them as well.

We were rescheduled 5 times. The third time my wife did get irritated and told owner so. She did call to ask for rescheduled date the lady said she would call, never did. My wife did apologize. The thing is every time it was not raining and one of the days they paved a business property 5 minutes away. I feel like they only do the work if big money is involved. We have called numerous times in the last two weeks with no return call. I have told them let me know if you don't want our business and we will find another company.
