I had this company come out to look at my roof and gutters. They were absolutely amazing! Their customers service was just amazing. It was over the top amazing. 5 stars isn't even enough rate them. They were kind, honest and super knowledgeable and they were able to do the repairs right then and not have to come back or reschedule another appointment. The price we paid was the best out there and we got numerous bids from other companies. They were one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. I wish everyone was like them. I am so grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about Rick and his team at R&R Enterprises. Rick took a real interest in painting my mom’s house and repairing the roof, and he truly listened to her preferences every step of the way. His crew spent days carefully prepping the house, making sure everything was done right. Rick even painted a test section so my mom could see how the color looked, and when she wanted a change, he repainted the same area without hesitation. That kind of patience and customer service is rare these days. The finished house looks fantastic — fresh, clean, and exactly what my mom envisioned. R & R has been my preferred roofing professional for well over a decade. They installed my roof initially, and have always responded promptly and doggedly to ascertain and remedy two mystery leaks that developed over the years. Recently, they provided services to clean and certify my roof defending me from my insurance company’s assertion that ponding was observed (by drone!) on the roof and declining to renew my policy. In addition, R & R worked with me to repair dry rot damage and gutter problems. They are responsive, professional, thorough and persistent in providing every service I have needed. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Their rates are very reasonable as well!!

I've used R&R Enterprises several times. First, I engaged Rick to do a roof repair on a townhouse. When I later sold it, I had R&R do a complete reroof and exterior paint job. They repaired dry rot on the exterior, fixed a downspout, and installed new plywood for the roof base where needed. I was very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the work and materials used. This year I had R&R paint the exterior of my current home and reroof it. Rick passed along a price break he got on the best quality paint. He worked with me to help me evaluate what colors to use and gave me a chance to test out an uncommon decorative roof feature that was on the original house.
