Had someone come to do a bid for a pond. Had to follow up after no response in a week for them to turn around and say they wouldn't do the job. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional.

The 3.6 they have is generous for the headach it is dealing with them around silver lake

The crew from R&R was so kind and professional. I really appreciate their team and even though it was a really difficult project, they got it done quick and put my yard back in a thoughtful and efficient manner.

They're working construction in lakefield Minnesota. One of the semi operators got hit by a rock or something at the back window and it shattered. He decided to smash out the rest of the glass and leave it in the middle of the road. Around a school. Where kids were playing. I had to go pick it up. It took me almost an hour to clean up enough so no kids would get hurt. I understand he was having a bad day. But that was completely uncalled for.
