Pleasantly surprised how honest and knowledgeable they were. I recently moved into a home in Orland Park and needed to replace my furnace and air conditioning systems. Not only was Rich upfront about everything but gave me several options and great prices. My new equipment works fantastic and we are extremely happy with everything. Thank you R&R Heating!

I noticed this review was over 6 years ago and I still stand by it. Great prompt and friendly service. R&R was recommended to me by a Nieghbor over 20 years ago. He serviced my old HVAC then he installed my new HVAC. He has serviced my daughters and has installed her new furnace and AC. Rich is very knowledgeable and recommends only what you NEED. We have used R & R since we’ve moved into our home. We would recommend them to everyone!!!! So friendly, fair priced, and trustworthy. Our furnace shorted out during a blizzard and Rich was here in 30 mins. We now have heat again!! Thank you R & R!!!!

Excellent service!! I called on Tuesday night at 9pm. Rich and his son arrived the next morning very promptly, diagnosed the problem, and got right to work. Forty minutes later, my furnace was working again, better than ever!! Thumbs up!!

Came to my place 8 months ago to check heat. Technician took a piece of the system from our home to do "research" on it and never brought it back, now we can't get in touch with them. They don't return messages or anything. Technician claimed to have bled air from the pipes. Well, we had someone out here just today 9/20 to start the job and lo and behold, the pipes were not bled at all. Still can't get in touch with this company. And we want our piece back!!!
