R & R Heating & Cooling

My new ac unit is warrantied through R&R and we waited a month for them, they no call no show twice, lost my number after setting up a time twice in a row. I waited a month for them to spend to show up and 10 min later they tell me that it's a trailer and it's poorly insulated. I actually have 2*6 walls with drywall and 1/2" osb well insulated. They did not do anything they claimed they did. Don't hire this joke they won't answer the phone or fix your stuff.

It turns out that there are way too many heating and cooling companies in this area and not nearly enough reviews. Ask anyone at work and they "know a guy." Ask another coworker and they know the guy that the other guy knew and they don't like him. Generally when that happens I go to online reviews, and evidently they're non-existent in this field of work. So here I am writing a review for locals like me trying to find a good company. R&R was great, fast, and $2,000 cheaper than the other estimate I received. The AC is outstanding, comes with a 10 year warranty, more energy efficient than our last one, and the R&R guys were a pleasure to work with.

The AC failed on a hot day. The techs arrived as soon as possible in the afternoon. A few minutes later they tested a capacitor which was bad and they replaced it. I was highly relieved and the air was back on in minutes. They were very courteous and explained everything clearly. Price was reasonable too. I will use them again.

Great, prompt service everytime and all the time

Been using them for 25 years. Always had good service. Just put in a new system recently. They have been the best priced around. Working fine.
