Horrible experience with this crooked company, filed bankruptcy for the 3rd time after wasting 1 year with lawyers, their Insurance company people coming in my home numerous times. Had to completely redo my entire roof after we paid them over $400,000 for it because it leaked more than before, inspector noted in report several areas weren’t installed properly, the manufacturer declined us their warranty (unless it was replaced) they have on the metal roof we picked out. After giving them the opportunity to replace the roof they declined which gave us no other choice than to hire another company only to have to pay $540,000 to replace it for the 2nd time in 2 years. Now we’re almost $1 million dollars in on 1 improperly installed roof that took a year to complete and another roof properly

After searching for a roofing company, someone recommended R & R Industries to my husband and I. This was a great recommendation. I was contacted the very next day by Jeff Prater, who we would be our Project Manager. He came to inspect our roof the next day as we agreed. He totally inspected our roof and explained to us what had to be done and why. Everything he told us was included on our Estimate. Jeff made sure we understood the Estimate and how it was priced. There was no deposit given or asked for upon signing this Estimate. No funds were given until our work commenced in the next few days. We had a inside leak and Jeff knew the rain and time was of an essence to get our roof done. Jeff is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring person. You could see this in how he spoke
