We've been using this company for 15 years. While we always have had great service, our last experience left me wondering. Do yourself a favor and get a detailed estimate not a lump sum one. Know how much materials and labor are and how much time is quoted. That way when things don't quite add up, you have something to go on. They are prompt and handle the issues in the field.

Call to get priced on adding additional sprinkler head and adjust front yard only.instead company rep. Came out damaged system to the point can’t even turn on sprinkler’s not even manually. contacted company spoke with rep. very Dismissive, this is my experience, Bad Business.

Gage from R&R came out recently to repair our sprinkler system. He saw that the outside filter was on its last leg, and said he would do his best to schedule installing a replacement. To our surprise he showed up early the next morning and installed the new filter. We have used this company for a long time and appreciate a small business that provides terrific value and service. Highly recommend R&R!

Excellent service I had Gage out this morning. He found the broken pipes repaired them He was professional. Gage showed me how to adjust the sprinkler heads if I need to adjust them down the road I highly recommend R&R sprinkler great company great service very professional. Renee M

Bobby was out today to clear a blockage in our sprinklers. He was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job. We’ve been using R and R for years and have been very pleased with them.
