I would like to express my disappointment with this company. We were considering placing a large order, but after communicating with the receptionist, we completely changed our mind. The manager demonstrated clear incompetence, spoke rudely, and showed no interest in customers. Such behavior is unacceptable for a company that presents itself as professional. We strongly urge the management to pay close attention to the moral qualities and professionalism of the staff who interact directly with clients. It is because of such employees that the company loses serious customers.

These are the guys you want doing your project, don't look any further. I had a very complicated commercial driveway project that they took on (large hill, retaining walls, storm water management, major excavation, PennDOT was involved, etc). R&S knows their stuff and they did it right. I'm very thankful that we chose them to do our project. Excellent job!
