I had a new furnace installed a little over a year ago by another highly advertised and overrated local company. I awoke freezing, and found that this new furnace wasn’t working. Due to the fact that the warranty had just expired, they didn’t consider me a “current customer” and refused to come out to repair it. I contacted R. Smith Oil and was assured that they would send a technician. To my surprise, Corey arrived almost immediately even though it was a holiday! He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
