Mike and Pete were fabulous. They replaced my cesspool with a new septic system. Not easy due to my house has a well, wetlands and is on a state road. They even put a new lawn in. Definitely would recommend RI Septic.

I am so thankful to have found Mike and Pete to replace my septic system! After multiple companies telling me that my system was failing and that I had crushed pipes (none of which turned out to be true), Mike's honesty was a breath of fresh air. He was not trying to scare me into replacing my system nor was he trying to tack on things that I didn't need. He was knowledgeable about the DEM process and knew what they'd be looking for, which moved the process along. Their prices were reasonable and I felt confident knowing that it was done right. Your septic system is something that you don't want to mess with or take chances on and I feel good knowing the care they put into the installation. I'd highly recommend them!

Purchased a new property in the Summer of 2023 and took over a septic installation project from the previous owner. Despite lots of road blocks through the real estate process/state regulators, Mike and Cathy were awesome to work with. They were transparent about their cost and timelines and super efficient. They were a delight to work with, this was a very stressful process for me and they were able to keep me at ease treating their customers with kindness and respect.
