Do not do business with this company. I tried to handle this the nice way which was my mistake. Richard Warters overbilled me by $100 and refuse to reimburse me. He quoted me one price $435 and charged tax, which i don't believe oil is taxable in NYC, when in fact it was $345 and he refused to give me back the $100 including tax. When I call him he refuses to answer the phone and just now he hung up on me. Stay away from this company! Edit: Richard Warters just responded 10/24/25, he said he is not refunding my money and that's what he does is cheat people (his words). He could careless about you. Poor business man. Stay away from this company!

DO NOT USE Complete Disappointment – He Refuses to Refund Money He Owes! I am absolutely shocked by the level of dishonesty and poor customer service. After he admitted that he owed me money, I assumed getting a refund would be straightforward. Boy, was I wrong. Despite multiple texts and phone calls, Richard Waters refuses to refund the amount he clearly acknowledged was due. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I just had an experience that was absolutely awful with an oil worker named Richard from R. Street Energy Oil Company. The first time he came to our house, he drove the oil truck to our house but refused to deliver the oil because there is a car in our driveway that doesn't drive. In the time between us calling to schedule another appointment, our oil ran out and we had no heat or hot water. The second time we called, we got him again and he cursed my mother out over the phone while we were scheduling the appointment, saying that women are making men weak and a bunch of other sexist remarks for the better part of 10-15 minutes. We have an old car in our driveway that doesnt drive and we couldn't move it out the way, and he was going on this ti
