I had RW Concrete come out and cut in an egress window space in my basement. From my initial call to installation everything went very smoothly. Rich was extremely responsive to my inquiry, provided an estimate and scheduled my job. I was called by Brad one hour prior to arrival to let me confirm his arrival time, which was exactly when I was told he would be there. Pretty impressive! Brad was communicative, respectful of my property, polite, skillful and hard working. And… my bill was exactly as quoted which was less than others entities I called. I’m not one to write reviews very often but I felt compelled to do so in this case. If you need concrete cut, I highly recommend RW Concrete Cutting. Thanks Rich and Brad! Well done!
