I will say they were great! I misunderstood the scheduled date of service. They came right out and were really awesome!! I greatly appreciate them!

I wish I knew the name of the sweet lady on the phone with this company! She is the example of what customer service is all about!! She was proactive in calling my hubby back several times to get our septic tank pumped. We had it scheduled then we had straight line winds damage our property and we had to cancel. But she kept calling till we got the service reschedule. Father and son came out to perform the tank pump out! Right on time and super nice and respectful and professional! This will be the only septic service we call in the future! Septic lines have to be cleaned next. They have our business!

Our septic system needed pumping out. Noreen kept me informed about when and how much it would cost. When she had a cancellation, she called to let me know they could come out sooner. The guys were at the house within 30 minutes! They were very professional and pleasant, and the price was reasonable, too. Definitely would recommend this company.

We had our septic tank pumped. Another company accepted the job but never showed or called. I contacted R & W and left a message on their answering machine over the weekend. While they were having a family crisis, they still managed to contact me ON A SUNDAY, to assure me they could fit us on their schedule for Wednesday........and they did exactly that. It cost a little more than I expected but you can't find that kind of service anywhere. Thank you Thank you Thank you. We will definitely call on them again.

I had a septic problem was unable to flush my toilets. I called around to other septic companies and couldn't get appointment until the following week. I saw R&W truck coming out of my subdivision I called their office and ask since they were in the area if they had time to come help me out. Within 10 minutes they were at my home taking care of my problem. I think that was great business on their part. Let's face it, they did not have to turn their truck around and come to my home. They could have made me wait another week like everyone else. The gentleman answered all of my questions and also did a complete inspection of my entire septic system.
