As a Maintenance Supervisor for greystar, R3 contractors is one of the companies i will strongly recommend. We had a huge leak from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor they extracted the water and set dehumidifier, blowers and scrubbers within the hr. The response time is great and the turn around was on point. I had a great experience with R3. I called them on a Monday and had an affordable bid by the end of the day. They stopped the water coming in that same day and when the storm cleared they made the repairs right away. I was surprised that I didn’t have to hound them to come back. Great guys!
