First… water can be supplied via a tank - this is amazing for people with shallow or older wells afraid to drain their water… we discussed what my expectations were and an estimate was provided. After finding a day and time that worked for both of us l, the appointment was scheduled. We confirmed a few days ahead of the appointment and as scheduled they showed up ready to work. They were professional, courteous,and thorough. They moved any belongings that needed to be removed from their work area and explained the entire process to me. I even had a small front porch made of trex that they offered to clean included in the original price discussed in the estimate. They knew my dogs were a concern of nj e with any solution they use to clean so they were sure to rinse everywher

The day of the appointment he let me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He is prompt, polite, professional and a trustworthy individual. He went above and beyond the call and ensured my 100% satisfaction with the work performed. My house was practically sparkling when he was done. My roof (20+years) looked practically brand new. My gutters so clean they looked brand new as well. He took all my concerns very seriously (I worry about my plants and the chemicals) he wrapped and protected all my bushes to ensure they were safe from harm. I highly recommend R3 Washings!
