R4 Restoration did an amazing job! They responded to our water damage immediately and resolved it within 24 hours. The team estimated expenses reasonably and gave our insurance company assurance that they were ethical and priced right. We had only a couple of hiccups with the timeline and delivery of some items. 5 stars isn’t enough! R4 was our contractor for a commercial retail renovation in Historic Downtown Canton. We were on a tight time frame and they did an excellent job all around. They managed the electrical, spray foam insulation, framing, drywall, paint and more in a historic space that is anything but standard. Blake, Jeremy and Hasani were excellent to work with and professional at every step of the project. I can recommend them with zero hesitation!

Fought hard to get my insurance company to approve R4 for remediation work after a fire. Years ago we used them for a kitchen remodel and were happy. But it's not the same people now. The work was shoddy and even worse, despite promises, they put a lien on our house over a small amount that our insurance company had outstanding. This was due to an administrative error but after recommending them they nailed us to the wall with a lien over a very small debt that was not ours to pay. So forget any loyalty between customer and business. Their workers didn't speak English and looked like they were being paid substandard wages. The lien was the final straw with R4. Stay away.

I write this review to let you know what to expect when a major house flood happens and how R4 helped me deal with it. I had a massive full basement flood due to a busted pipe that ran for hours. R4 had 2 crew members work past midnight in order to get the bulk of the water out. A few hours later they had 8-10 dehumidifiers and countless fans that ran for days, all the while constantly testing the moisture levels. Once we were all dried out, we went over the steps necessary to deal with the insurance company. I had never filed a claim on my homeowners insure in 30 years, so I thought it would go smoothly.
