R.A. Bill Plumbing & Heating helped us with our air conditioning over the summer & did a fantastic job so I called them about some plumbing issues this week & they got me scheduled in the next day. When they showed up my issues multiplied. I hadnt been home long before they showed up & noticed the walk way into my house was wet. The plumber got there & I realized it was more than the entrance of our home soaked. Went out to our garage & saw tons of water not even on the side of the water heater. The plumber found out what was going on, the manager & sales guy took time out of their day to come that evening to talk. To make this shorter they went above & beyond in our opinion. They got us pointed to service masters to start drying the floor, walls, tile, carpet. Scheduled us the next day to

Have been going to R.A. Biel for some odd three years now, for swamp cooler maintenance, furnace maintenance, general plumbing, and a water heater replacement. I've worked with Keegan (if I remember the name right), Tristan, and Edwin, and had fantastic experiences with each. Each was extremely professional, helpful, and honest with pricing. They are very detailed with the terms of their membership and are willing to answer ANY questions you might have about it. They've been extremely reliable and have even reached out to warn of "busy schedules" in case you need something done before a season change. Had them back over today for the seasonal change over and as always had no issue.

Edwin and his assistant were the best. R.A. Biel were quick to get to us, efficient professional and an all around pleasure. I put Edwin's work number in my phone and they have moved to the front of the list. We have found our heating and plumbing techs!

They came in super friendly and nice. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and were super helpful. They were very understanding and helped us with the billing and setting us up on a plan! Would 100% recommend them to people!
