Tom was very good to do business with and the job was fairly priced. He responded to my calls right away, answering all my questions. It was a one day job and they were done by 12:30! The roofers came on time, were careful to protect my flowers with a drop cloth and cleaned up well when they were done. Tom stopped in to check on the job and update us on the progress! I am very happy with the job they did start to finish! I highly recommend using Mr. Raboin and crew for your roofing needs! *****one thing I really wish the crew would not be so scared to approach the mailboxes to take check payments, since I had to mail my final payment in.

Calls himself "the roofer's roofer". Hired him to diagnose a significant leak that would occur in the bathroom each time there was a heavy rain. He claimed to have diagnosed and fixed it after we paid several thousand dollars for his work. But despite his "guarantee" when we called him back several months later after experiencing the same leak after a heavy rain, he insisted it was something new and not under guarantee and offered to fix it for additional money. Mighty suspicious, if you ask me. A roofer's roofer? Hardly.
