Still in the middle of my experience with this store, but so far have felt that they have gone above and beyond. At this point, I would not only recommend them to my friend, I would strongly encourage my friend to include this place as one of their stops when shopping for a new floor. We thought we had finally made a decision on what flooring we were going to go with, but after watching a YouTube video where they encouraged us to look at stores not selling their own brands, we decided to try one more. Raby's seems to keep quality vinyl flooring (they have a much bigger selection of flooring types, but this is what our experience has been with). But it has been their service and willingness to help us do the work and give us insight on what we really need has been outstanding.

Their customer service through Ralph David Raby was an awful experience!! We went to the carpet outlet, they came to install our carpet after us having to call them four times they installed the wrong carpet. Ralph David is extremely rude and didn't return phone calls when he said he would and in the end just gave us a $150 back. I would not recommend this place at all!!! In places the carpet makes a crinkling noise. Their customer service sucks. I had gone back-and-forth with them so much. I just gave up.

Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice selection of affordable durable carpets . I picked out a nice carpet for my parents, set up delivery time and install. Everything went according plan. The installers were in and out with in and hours and half. You guys have happy employees, they were very nice. My mother loved the new carpet when she came back form her trip.
